The current lettings market is hot, with demand far outstripping supply. Most agents will be able to secure you a tenant, but not all agents will be able to offer the care and consideration towards your specific wants that I can offer.

Lettings is where I cut my teeth in the industry. Fast paced, multiple transactions at any one time and an utter compliance minefield.

Despite the minefield, I loved it and continue to do so.

While in my early years I secured a ‘deal’ and moved on, I’ve grown and now have a completely different relationship with landlords, I’ll be acting in the capacity of your Portfolio Manager.

In essence, I’m not just looking to secure your tenant (and money) and move on, I’m here with you throughout the tenancy, getting paid monthly as you do, offering guidance, support and regular reviews in order to ensure you have a smoothly run, profitable portfolio.

Rather than coming to you with every question, request and maintenance issue, the tenant deals directly with me. I organise everything for you and simply get your sign-off for any maintenance ensuring your property is well maintained and giving you the head space to focus elsewhere.

Portfolio Reviews – Assessing existing tenancies, whether set up and/or managed by me or another agent and looking for ways to improve your return/efficiency

As your Portfolio Manager, I expect to be in this for the long haul with you.
