When you want a job done well, you appoint someone responsible – giving them ultimate accountability.

You more than likely trust your hair to the same person each time, perhaps you trust your fitness to a personal trainer, or you may have a personal banker or financial advisor – well I’m here to be your Personal Estate Agent.

No team, no delegation, nothing lost in translation, just one experienced professional guiding you through the process, from beginning to end.

I do this by only ever working with a small roster of clients, offering a high touch service of which I control the whole process from first meeting discussing your plans, through all marketing, viewings, feedback and negotiations.

I am solely responsible for your goals as laid out in our initial consultation, to remain front and centre.

One person, with one phone number, looking after all your property needs.

Why Did I Start My Own Business?

First it helps to understand where I came from…

Day 1 in my big office, viewing gorgeous properties of values I couldn’t comprehend at the time, helping lots of people find their new dream home – I LOVED it.

Being naturally ambitious, I worked hard and pushed for promotions.

But when I got the promotions I thought I wanted, it wasn’t quite what I expected. As responsibilities grew, I ended up being physically in property less and not having nearly the same deeper relationship with clients that I always took pride in.

Promotions first meant I stopped doing viewings and dealing with tenants/buyers, then I stopped valuations and dealing with landlords/sellers, and eventually I was managing my team rather than helping clients directly.

On top of this, the way the business is often set up, the corporate culture (taking on dozens of ‘listings’ per month, needing to hit targets upon targets on various metrics) meant it was literally impossible for me to be everywhere, and with everyone, and lots got delegated – people became numbers by necessity.

When you’re trusting the sale/let of your home, your biggest asset that you’ve worked so very hard for, I believe you deserve the best care and attention.

I missed being on the front line, and I missed being able to offer high quality relationship based advice, gained from boots on the ground information and deeper relationships.

And here’s where it’s all changed…

Now working for myself I get to do all the bits I love about the job, the viewings, valuations, and talking all day about property with buyers/renters & clients.

All while offering the highest quality of customer care, as I only ever work with a select few clients at any one time.

…and I’m back to loving it…
